Meet Patrick
Patrick McLaughlin is a dedicated, results-driven real estate specialist whose love for the Hamptons community is second to none. With a keen understanding of the business and unparalleled service to each client, Patrick has perfected a marketing strategy that's earned praise from clients as well as such publications as AVENUE MAGAZINE, HAMPTONS MAGAZINE, HAMPTONS STYLE, THE NEW YORK TIMES, AND THE WALL STREET JOURNAL.
A full-time resident of the East End, Patrick was raised in New Jersey, educated at Washington D.C.'s Catholic University (where was a competitive swimmer) and George Washington University. After university, he then relocated to Manhattan, where he enjoyed a 20-year career in the TV industry. He was a producer at "Good Day New York," "The Sally Jesse Raphael Show," MTV, CNBC, PBS-WNET, and Fox News.
A vacation home brought him to East Hampton, where he fell in love with the community, prompting a career move as well as a residential relocation. He managed Douglas Elliman's Sag Harbor office for more than 10 years and has now chosen to devote his full attention to sales.
With a keen understanding of the Hamptons real estate market, a thorough grasp of the community, and an ever-expanding roster of personal and professional contacts, Patrick brings a friendly, one-on-one approach to sales, and is especially proud of the many referrals and repeat business that comes his way. He is EcoBroker Certified(r) in addition to being SFR Short Sale and Foreclosure certified by the National Association of Realtors and welcomes the opportunity to serve you and fulfill your unique real estate needs. He also enjoys playing tennis and occasionally jumps in the pool for a few laps.

The village of North Haven is located just north of Sag Harbor, on a peninsula surrounded by Noyack Bay, Sag Harbor Bay and the Peconic River. Much of what makes North Haven so desired is it’s wooded areas and spectacular broad water views.
North Haven is quiet and residential, with no downtown, no shops or restaurants but just a moments drive to Sag Harbor. It is also known as the southern access of the South Ferry from Shelter Island. Landscapes in North Haven include woodlands, high bluffs, creeks and wetland meadows, and bay beaches. The waters off it’s shores are a playground for boaters. A great place to for those who treasure privacy with access to everything the Hamptons have to offer.
